RECHARGE Diary

Over the past months, our Living Labs have been hard at work, sharing insights and refining impact measures. Meeting online once a month, we’ve come together to discuss progress, exchange ideas, and tackle specific topics crucial to our shared mission.

On October 30th, we engaged in a productive discussion on Key Performance Indicators, exploring how to tailor these metrics to the unique needs of each Living Lab. The conversations highlighted the importance of embracing qualitative data, such as stories and quotes, to complement the traditional quantitative measures. Environmental KPIs also emerged as a focal point, with participants addressing challenges and exploring practical ways to measure impact. Ideas ranged from tracking transportation practices to evaluating the use of sustainable materials, all while emphasizing the need for realistic and locally relevant approaches.

November 27th marked the Playbook Feedback Workshop, an event led by Recharge partners from WP4 and WP5. This collaborative session brought all Living Labs together on Miro, creating a dynamic space for refining the Playbook. Participants shared insights, tackled challenges, and worked towards aligning practices across diverse institutions, ensuring the Playbook reflects the collective expertise and experiences of the group.

Looking Ahead

As we prepare for the months ahead, several action points remain to be addressed in upcoming discussions. Our monthly meetings, set to resume in January, will continue to serve as a vital space for collaboration and innovation. These gatherings are essential in driving progress and fostering connections within our Living Labs community.
