Stakeholders in your Organisation
A successful Living Lab depends on having the right people in the right roles. One key position is Marketing & Communication—a person responsible for shaping and delivering the communication strategy, ensuring materials are tailored for different stakeholder groups. Beyond this, your Living Lab will require roles that reflect its specific activities and the Participatory Business Models for Cultural Heritage you’ve chosen.
You will need to add roles specific to your Living Lab activities - this will depend on your Living Lab project and the chosen Participatory Business Models for Cultural Heritage.
Consider also how you will engage your organisation’s management team - you might need to consult and get their approval at different stages of implementing the Living Lab.
